Automation Engineer (RPA)
I build pragmatic automation and backend services that reduce operational friction and improve reliability,
often in complex or legacy enterprise environments. My primary platform is UiPath, complemented by daily
use of Python and VB.NET, and prior experience building reusable automation libraries in C#.
I’m also transitioning into applied machine learning—particularly NLP—focusing on production-minded solutions with clear interfaces, predictable behaviour, and strong consideration for the end user.

- Built and maintained UiPath automations across complex business systems, including legacy and poorly-integrated platforms, reliably delivering outcomes despite environmental constraints.
- Developed reusable automation components and libraries (C# and Python) to extend platform capabilities and reduce duplication across workflows.
- Created a non-production NLP API prototype to extract and correctly format dates and times from unstructured emails, exposed via a Flask service for integration testing.
